Arranged over 4 floors with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it has two terraces and fully equiped living spaces

Place Moulay hassan is the centre for activities and tourist attractions and we are just a 2 minute walk from the fishing port, Cafe de France and Taros.

 With their traditional shops and many resturants, The Skala (ramparts) and Souk are almost on our doorstep . 

The beach with all it's attractions is less than 10 minutes walk

Perfect for 6 or even 7 people, our main living space has a smart TV with IPTV (international chanels), dining space and leads into the kitchen.

On tyhe floor above is our second sitting area and workspace benefiting from fast fibre wifi (>150mbps)

If you do not want to enjoy the hundreds of fabulous restaurants in the medina, you can make use of our modern hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and filter coffe machine.

Alternately cook on our BBQ on the top terrace and enjoy the sun going down over the rooftops of the Medina

Located on the first floor this room can accomodate 3 people on a double bed and single bed on the mezzanine above

Located on the second floor terrace, this bedtroom is next to a renovated traditional moroccan bathroom

Located on the top terrace, this bathroom benefits from a double bed and ensuite bathroom. 

All of our newly refurbished bathrooms have a toilet, shower, liquid hand soap, and hairdryer. 

There is hot water throughout the house and, unlike many properties in teh M/edina does not depend on the sun shining to keep the tank topped up !

The house benefits from two small sunny terraces, one protected from the sun and wind and the top terrace complimented by the new 3rd bedroom and our outdoor kitchen and BBQ
